We understand that online shopping can sometimes be hard as it's difficult to know how clothes will fit without trying them on. So, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase you can send it back to us (with tags attached and a copy of your packing slip) within 14 days of receipt and let us know what you would like us to do.
Full price items can be exchanged for another product or a full refund. Please note that sale/discounted items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for another item or store credit voucher.
Return shipping is at your expense, and the goods remain your responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a service which allows you to track your item and insures you for the value of the goods.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to be made by Credit Card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency.
Your card provider may apply charges for currency conversion. Silverdale Knitwear Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
Local import duties and taxes may apply in some countries when you receive your goods, it is the recipients responsibilty to pay these.
Prices shown on this website are for online orders only and do not apply to purchases made through any of our stockists.

Payment by credit card will be redirected to an encrypted DPS Payment Express gateway where you will be asked to enter your credit card details.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
By purchasing from our site, you agree to be included in our customer database for email updates and special promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Subscribe" tab on the homepage.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery within New Zealand, 1 week to Australia or 2 weeks internationally. Allow up to 3 additional days for rural delivery. Delivery is free worldwide.
